Position: Engagement Manager
We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy advice and recommendations for projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
- Develop proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Conduct project presentation
Requirements:
- Degree holders, preferably in business, management, economics, finance, marketing
- Several years of experience in the industry, B2B management, client engagement, account management and/or business consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, along with a strong client-driven mindset essential
